These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with any apps (the "Service") operated by Taras Darchuk ("us", "we", or "our").

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or yearly basis.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
We, in our sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any change will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any fee change so you have the opportunity to cancel your Subscription before the change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the updated fee.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use or security breach.
All features and content provided by the Service are intended for planning and informational purposes only. Shadee does not post content on your behalf, nor does it connect directly to Instagram APIs in a way that automates publishing. All user actions remain manual.
By using Shadee, you acknowledge and agree that content planning and management are done at your own discretion. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on your usage of the app.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by us.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We strongly advise you to review their terms and policies.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for any reason — including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall we — including our directors, employees, partners, or affiliates — be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, resulting from:

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms represent the full agreement between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted within the app or on our website.
